As part of the organizational assessment, we will take a deep dive into team dynamics, motivations, and goals. What is your mission? Can we define it more clearly? What are your organizational values? How are they operationalized (or not) within your organization? How are you measuring them? The same goes for your vision, strategy, and tactics. Once we have done that, we will help you refine them to achieve your goals.
